CareState is in private preview. Access is by invitation, governed by the pilot terms agreed with each participating organization.

CareState generates AI-assisted, source-cited, review-ready drafts for professional human review. It does not submit appeals on your behalf, make coverage determinations, provide legal, clinical, or billing advice, or file anything with a payer. Outputs must be reviewed by qualified professionals before use.
